1. Information We Collect & Store (Cloudflare Database)

To provide our billing and authentication services, we use a secure Cloudflare database. This database is strictly limited to storing only the following:

Account Data: Your email address (used for login and token association).
Billing Data: Token purchase records and transaction history.

We want to be completely transparent: Our Cloudflare database does not store, save, or retain your source code, project files, uploaded files, or AI prompts. All code generation, project structures, and session data are processed in real-time and stored exclusively in your local browser environment. We have zero access to your code, and it is never saved on our servers.

2. How Your Data is Processed (Third-Party AI APIs)

While we do not store your code, to generate it, your prompts and uploaded files are transmitted in real-time to third-party AI API providers (such as DeepSeek and Groq).

AI Generation: Your inputs are sent to LLM providers to generate the requested code. We do not control how these third-party providers process or retain data.
No Selling of Data: We do not sell your email or personal information to third parties.
Payment Data: Payments are processed via PayPal. We do not store your credit card or financial details on our servers.

3. User Responsibility for Data & Code

Because your code and projects are stored only in your local browser session:

You are solely responsible for downloading and backing up your work (e.g., using the "Download ZIP" feature).
If you clear your browser cache, use incognito mode, or lose your local session, your code cannot be recovered by us.
You are strongly advised NOT to upload proprietary, confidential, or sensitive production code into the prompt or file uploader, as it will be sent to third-party AI APIs.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser cookies and local storage to maintain your authentication session, remember your token balance locally, and cache your project files temporarily in your browser for editing purposes.

5. Data Security

While we implement standard security measures to protect your email and billing data in our Cloudflare database, no system is 100% secure. Furthermore, because your code is not stored on our servers, we cannot guarantee the security of your local browser environment against local malware or unauthorized access to your device.

6. Limitation of Liability for Privacy

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NULLCRY AI IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF CODE, DATA, OR PROJECTS RESULTING FROM BROWSER CLEARED DATA, LOCAL STORAGE FAILURES, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO THE USER'S DEVICE. WE ARE ALSO NOT LIABLE FOR DATA EXPOSURE OCCURRING VIA THIRD-PARTY AI API PROVIDERS.
