Welcome to NullCry AI ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our AI-powered code generation platform, including the 5-Key Pipeline and token purchasing features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Description of Service

NullCry AI provides an automated, AI-driven software development environment. Our service utilizes third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) via APIs (such as DeepSeek and Groq) to generate, edit, and structure code based on user prompts. We offer a "5-Key Pipeline" (Engineer, Builder, Artist, Inspector, Fixer) to assist in software creation.

2. User Accounts, Tokens, and Data Storage

Authentication & Billing: You may log in via Google or as a Guest. Certain features require the purchase of tokens via PayPal. All token purchases are final and non-refundable.
Cloudflare Database Limitations: Our backend Cloudflare database is strictly limited to storing your email address and token purchase records for authentication and billing purposes.

🔒 IMPORTANT: We Do NOT Store Your Code or Projects
Please be aware that our Cloudflare database does not store, save, or retain your generated code, project files, uploaded files, or AI prompts. All code, projects, and session data are stored exclusively in your local browser environment. We have no access to your code, and we cannot recover it if you clear your browser data or lose your local session.

3. NO WARRANTY & USER ASSUMPTION OF RISK

THE SERVICE AND ALL GENERATED CODE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

No Guarantees: We do not warrant that the AI-generated code will be error-free, secure, compatible, or fit for a particular purpose.
User Responsibility: You assume full and sole responsibility for reviewing, testing, debugging, backing up, and securing any code generated or edited by NullCry AI before deploying it to any production environment.
Data Loss: Since your code is not stored on our servers, you are solely responsible for downloading and backing up your projects (e.g., via the "Download ZIP" feature) before closing your browser or clearing your session.

The Service provides code generated by Artificial Intelligence. AI models are probabilistic and can produce incorrect, inefficient, or insecure code. NullCry AI is a tool to assist developers, not a replacement for professional software engineering and security auditing.

4. Third-Party APIs and Services

Our Service relies on third-party APIs (including Google Authentication, PayPal, DeepSeek, and Groq). We do not control these services and are not liable for their downtime, errors, or changes to their terms. When you use the Service, your prompts and code are transmitted to these third-party AI providers for processing.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NULLCRY AI, ITS FOUNDERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF CODE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR SYSTEM FAILURE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THE AI-GENERATED CODE.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NullCry AI from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the generated code, your violation of these Terms, or your deployment of the software in a production environment.
